::: My Baby Nephew Turns One

Lama sungguh tak bercerita la kan.

Well, on 22nd of July 2012, my baby nephew named Ilan Nufail bin Riezan, finally turned to his tender one!

One year old, and he is sooo charming. Johnny Depp pun belum tentu dapat kalahkan kecomelan dan ke-handsome-an dia.

Friday night, 21st July, we held a small birthday party for him. Malam pertama Ramadan, so tak boleh la nak beriya sangat. Orang pun nak kena pergi tarawikh dulu. After tarawikh then baru ramai sikit orang datang.

The party was actually a last minute plan. Mula-mula tak nak buat sebab orang pun sibuk nak start puasa esoknya. But fikir-fikir balik, kesian pulak si kecik tu. First year birthday pun dah tak sambut. Jadi kami decided buat kecil-kecilan je. Kecil-kecilan pun, ambik masa 2 hari 2 malam jugak la nak decorate rumah and prepare itu ini. Semangat! Anak sedara pertama la katakan. Hihihihi.

On that same night, that first weekend of Ramadan, Incik Macha pun flied over from KL to Kuching. Although a bit late, he nonetheless spent the whole weekend with us, well specifically me LOL.

Tak lalu la nak taip panjang-panjang. Tangan and jari pun tengah berpuasa ni. Katanya! More pictures to come on my next entry! Insya-Allah. Tengah tunggu memory card dari my SIL DSLR.

Maklumlah, aku ada digital camera je. Dah dikira zaman batu dah kalau nak dibandingkan dengan zaman budak-budak remaja sekarang ni. Diorang pergi shopping mall pun nak koya sangkut DSLR kat leher! Ingat pergi melancong ke?? Pui.

Ok dah. Tamat. Selamat berpuasa!

5th January it was.
The day I began to breathe through my own lungs.
And today, I am very blessed
with my 5 magical diamonds of life,
1 sparkling dearest star of heart,
and countless colourful rainbows (as well as dark clouds)
which I valued the most
and could never ask for better.

::: He Is Cute!

The above picture was a bit basi but I am too lazy to transferred his recent photos to this laptop of mine. Now, my lovely nephew dah masuk 5 bulan lebih. He is getting more active each day. Mulut dah boleh berteriak sekuat jiwa raga. Satu rumah boleh bergema. Semua telinga boleh bergetar. Dah besar, ada potensi jadi opera singer. Kuatnye suara dia mak oi!

Time bergurau pun dia berteriak, time merengek pun dia berteriak. Ada masa, kadang-kadang dia menangis mengada-ngada. Hikhik sangat cute! Air mata langsung tak keluar. Suara je teresak-esak. Eceh.. Manje la tuh! Tapi bila dia betul-betul menangis, hambik kau, berjujuran air mata. Still comel jugak!

Sekarang banyak baju dah mula ketat. Sepasang kasut pemberian Incik Macha juga dah tak muat lagi. Baru berapa kali je pakai. Cepat betul membesarnya Baby Ilan Nufail ni. Tak lama lagi dah tak boleh panggil Baby dah.. Hehehehe.

Sekarang berat pun dah over 7 kg. Panjang pulak dah hampir mencecah 80 cm. Nanti aku update latest photo of him.

For the time being, aku perlu stop here. Kena habiskan assignments and portfolios yang berlambak ni sebelum 2 hari on-call bermula esok. Haihss nasib badan...

::: First Swimming Session

Baby Ilan Nufail is swimming happily! And he is only at 2 months plus of age!

By the way, the session did not last for more than 5 minutes, kata Abang & Kakak. It was Baby Ilan's first dip anyway, in his new 1 metre plus-of-depth pool. Thus, he might not feel that secured yet, dalam pool yang full of water while his foot could not reach the ground. Brave effort, Baby Ilan! :)

However, he is looking positive and he gonna be able to swim good, at an early age. Lets hope so!

Nanti Baby Ilan Nufail dah besar, boleh pergi swimming with Kak Usu ok! Yey!

::: Ilan Nufail Is Growing Fast!

Well well, my cute first baby new, Ilan Nufail Bin Riezan, is now at one month plus old. He is looking handsome-er each day! Hikhik.

Naluri manja aku dengan Baby Ilan ni memang lain macam sungguh. Tak pernah rasa best nak layan budak-budak. Mungkin sebab anak abang sendiri, so tak sama macam anak cousins yang not directly blood related. Aku siap bawak Baby Ilan tidur dalam bilik aku if they stay overnight. Seronok tengok dia tidur and bangun merengek kadang-kadang di pagi-pagi buta. Best!

Day 59 - Ada gaya nak pergi main golf dah ni!

Oh, adakah aku sudah ready mahu menjadi seorang Ibu? Oohoiiiii.. Mungkin belum lagi kot. Tanggungjawab jadi Kak Usu tu jauh sangat bezanya dengan tanggungjawab seorang Ibu. Kalau setakat jaga seminggu sekali, jumpa sekali sekala, mungkin aku nampak pro. Tapi nanti, nak bela anak sendiri 24 jam, setiap saat setiap detik, larat ke aku ni nyah oi? Dengan tuntutan hidup yang lain lagi, be it on social networking, study or work, fuh, boleh tak sempat bernafas Mak Jemah oi!

Hari Jumaat lepas, we celebrated my mother's glorious 50th birthday! Buat makan-makan steamboat, panggil families yang tinggal sebelah menyebelah je. Hadiah terbesar for her this year of course la her cucu pertama! But Baby Ilan yang kuat tidur di saat malam menjelma ni, celik mata sekejap jer to wish her Mak Nek a happy birthday.

And I wish my mother, a glamorous 50th birthday! Stay glamorous, walaupun dah jadi nenek! Hihihi.

A day afterwards, my parents, my abg, my kakak ipar, my baby nephew and of course me, went shopping together. Tak lain tak bukan, beli mainan and clothing for Baby Ilan since he is growing up too fast!

Baby Ilan is now weighing at 5.3+ kg and at length of 60+ cm. Baru sebulan lebih umur dia nok.! Ngeri! Dah terasa lenguh lengan bila dukung Baby Ilan lama-lama. Air liur dia pun dah mula nak meleleh memanjang. Tapi, takkan la awal sangat dia nak tumbuh gigi. Ye dak?

::: Selamat Hari Raya

Ok ok I know I am a bit late. But it is better late than never, kan?

So Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri diucapkan to all friends! Maaf zahir dan batin jika ada tersalah tersilap.

Erm itu je lah kot. Lately ni aku terlalu busy. Tengah buat research project in Bawang Assan, Sibu. Cuti Raya pun seminggu je. Balik bercuti, berjimban-berjimbun dengan anak buah kesayangan. Ehem ehem.

He is over a month old now! Baby Ilan Nufail & his ibu dah habis pantang on the 6th of Syawal that day.. But sadly, on that very same day, aku terpaksa balik semula ke Sibu for this research project. Caklempong sungguh lah kan!

But nevermind, this research project in Sibu will finish in mid-October, then I am going to be in Kuching till the very last day of me being a student! Maka, that time akan ku heret my baby nephew Ilan Nufail berjimban-berjimbun bersama! Im gonna push him on his stroller! Yippy!

Oh tak sabar! So far, this has been a blessed year for my whole family. Baby Ilan Nufail has become our family unique diamond and shining star - so far lah kan.. Hihihihi.. Lets see how will he be when he gonna have a new baby sister in the future.. LOL :) But still, Kak Usu loves you so much!

Eh, aku mengarut pasal anak buah aku lagi ek? Maaflah yer, tersasar dari niat sebenar - mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya!

Oklah. Sekian. Selamat terus makan rendang, ketupat dan kuih-muih di Hari Raya! Jangan sampai boncet segala! Tatttadadaaaaa~

Ramadhan penuh dugaan. Ramadhan penuh keimanan.
Ramadhan penuh ibadah. Ramadhan penuh barakah.
Insya-Allah.

Dah lebih seminggu umat Islam melawan nafsu serakah. Adakah anda di kalangan yang berjaya? Jangan dok berjaya tang tahan lapar dahaga je. Mek-mek semua tahan la jugak lidah dan bibir mungil tu daripada berkata-kata benda tak berfaedah. Sok sek sok sek mengumpat janda kat hujung kampung. Pabila petang, semua bagai kena rasuk beli macam-macam juadah kat bazaar Ramadhan. Haaa markah dah kurang ke C- dah tu.

Lagi satu. Aku tengok, aku perati. Ramai yang berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan, tetapi di kalangan itu cuma sekerat sahaja yang menunaikn Rukun Islam Kedua - solat 5 waktu. Jadi, di mana letaknya sebenar-benar ibadah kita? Puasa sungguh-sungguh, solat yang wajib tu pun sungguh-sungguh la jugak yer.. Jom sama-sama kita beringat sebelum terlambat~



Dah lama tak update pasal study, kan? Aku masih student. Alhamdulillah dah habis postings District and Family Medicine, Clinical Diagnostic Lab, Geriatrics, and Dermatology. Sekarang kitorang tengah buat Community Medicine and Public Health posting. 20th August, pergi Sibu lagi. But for a total of 8 weeks only. Then gonna come back to Kuching for another new posting.

Study is getting tougher, but as always, I am playing it cool! LOL. Or shall I say 'I am playing it playfully'? Ops~ I may leave it there! You decide!

And my first baby nephew, Baby Ilan Nufail bin Riezan is growing well and cute! He came over again for 2 nights stay during the last weekend. Walaupun badan sangat penat and mengantok sebab the whole weekdays tu tak berapa nak tidur (of course lah due to doing my last minute revision for exam hahaha), tetapi Kak Usu tetap maintain!

But Baby Ilan Nufail is definitely my 'unique amazing medicine of happiness!' Today, on the 10th of August 2011, he is at 20 days old~ Not THAT OLD! Hikhik..

::: My First Baby Nephew, Ilan Nufail

Alhamdulillah. Segala puji bagi Allah yang Maha Pemberi Rezeki dan Maha Memberi Nikmat Kegembiraan..

On last Friday, the 22th of July 2011, at 10.16 am, my first & only sister-in-law gave birth to my first baby nephew! :) Thus, it is another beginning of a new chapter in our family! Welcoming our cute handsome baby in the house - Baby Ilan Nufail bin Riezan!

About 5 minutes after born. He is already a very camera-friendly!

Yippy! I am now a Kak Usu.. Oh happy tak terkata oh.. Beratus-ratus duit habis dalam sehari pun Kak Usu tak kisah! Hik hik. Hari-hari pergi ziarah baby Ilan Nufail. Hari-hari tengok gambar Baby Ilan Nufail. Sehari tak tengok, malam-malam terbayang mata sepet baby Ilan Nufail.. Auww~ This friday, Baby Ilan Nufail & his Ibu Ayah datang bermalam di sini..
